Our positions are primarily available in our Lexington, KY office, with some limited positions available for remote work. Remote employees must meet the highest standards and be well seasoned in tech support and/or IT specialist roles. Remote employee must be available for possible travel to Lexington, KY for initial training (depending on qualifications, some training is remote, some is in person). Remote employees must be available to travel once or twice a year to Lexington, KY or another Kentucky location for staff gatherings.
